Free delivery on rugs & accessories on orders over $1,200* (excl. flooring boards). Orders under $1,200 are charged based on your delivery postcode and order size.
* Flooring boards (timber, laminate & hybrid) are excluded from the free delivery threshold and are subject to separate freight rates based on your location.
Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch based on stock availability.
Items currently in stock are picked, packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being confirmed.
Backordered items are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.
